Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program
The SIA Storm Water Transportation Maintenance Facilities Group helps our member districts meet state storm water regulations. The program addresses the Industrial General Permit and provides resources to our members to meet the inspection and sampling requirements. Participating districts utilize the SMARTS program for reporting to the state. For additional information, please contact Prevention Services.

Wet Weather Storm Water Inspection Report form – Use this form when collecting your samples.
Monthly Non-Storm Water Discharge Inspection Report form – Use this form to record your monthly visual observations.
Annual Comprehensive Facility Compliance Evaluation (ACFCE) form – Use this once a year.
