Doing things the same way might get you consistent results, but the question is – are those consistent results, what you need? If you keep doing the same things and leading in the same ways, nothing will change.

The best athletes and teams have playbooks to help them navigate the variety of situations they will face during a game. While leaders aren’t playing a game, when they have a playbook of options to apply, they will be more confident and effective. During this session, you will gain new ideas and techniques for how you can adapt your leadership approach based on the situations you face.

Join us for an engaging, thought-provoking, and practical session where Kevin Eikenberry, leadership expert and author of Flexible Leadership: Navigate Uncertainty and Lead with Confidence, will give you an outline for the playbook – and a way to custom build that playbook for your leadership success.

At the end of this fast-paced, interactive webinar, you will be able to:

  • – Identify common pitfalls of inflexible leadership and how to avoid them.
  • – Assess and respond to different leadership situations with confidence.
  • – Create a toolkit of flexible leadership practices to implement in your daily work.
