SIA Website Accessibility Statement
Schools Insurance Authority is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all people regardless of ability or method of access. We strive toward making our website usable for all website visitors and apply the relevant accessibility standards in that process.
SIA is proud to be certified in the WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA standards. This certification was performed by WebAIM and awarded on November 28, 2023. WCAG, or Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, were created to help companies ensure that people with disabilities can have equal access to website functionality, content, and features. We will continue to monitor the overall accessibility and usability of our website and make updates consistent with WCAG as needed.
We are currently in the process of updating pdf and other documents posted on our website to ensure they are screen readable and readily usable by all users. Contact us with any questions or concerns regarding posted online materials. All materials are also available in alternate format versions within two weeks upon request.
We welcome your feedback on our website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have any feedback on improving the accessibility of our website, please contact us. We prioritize remediation of encountered barriers and can assist you with your immediate needs in the interim.
