Drive Drive Drive Your Body to Health
Most frequently when stress becomes overwhelming there is a sense of losing control. The health effects of unmanaged or mismanaged stress are known to be at the root of many chronic diseases and chronic pain situations. This workshop will help participants discover ways in which they may be driving their health in a negative direction and, then, how to apply simple principles to help them drive the status of their health in the positive direction.
