Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to help school employees deal with personal problems that seriously affect job performance. It provides a systematic way for management, supervisors and employees to deal constructively with problems related to reduced job performance before the employee's job status is jeopardized. Our EAP offers a confidential program that assists employees in dealing with their:

  • marriage
  •  family
  • emotional
  • alcohol
  • drug
  •  legal
  • financial
  • child care issues
  • elder care issues
  • pre-retirement
  • Sanity Savers
  • and other concerns
Managed Health Network, Inc. (MHN) is the EAP provider for member districts of Schools Insurance Authority.  If you are an employee of any of the districts previously listed, you may call the EAP for assistance, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  All information is confidential.  If you would like to learn more about the program and the benefits your districts has chosen, contact your human resources department.

SIA is pleased to offer you expanded EAP services online with Welcome.  The EAP, along with Welcome, assists you with work, life and health challenges - at one convenient, private web site.   Some of the features include multi-media, self-help program, "Triumph over Stress," articles and links for a variety of emotional health issues, including: alcohol & substance abuse, anger management, depression, grief & loss, stress and coping with disaster, "teenhealth" - an award winning site exclusively designed with teen issues in mind.  Provides valuable information for teens, parents and teachers, Working and Living articles, checklists and information for assistance with child care, adult care, retirement, finance, communication and relationships as well as links to additional, credible web sites.  Provider Search - list of MHN's mental health providers.  A one time registration is required.  Your dependents may use it too.  These services can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the Internet.

MHN will hold your privacy in the highest regard.  They will not share any personally identifying information to your employer, or to anyone outside Welcome or MHN.  So use the site with confidence and comfort when searching for the personal information you need.
