Employee Assistance Program

Many SIA school districts are members of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Our EAP is designed to help school employees deal with personal problems that seriously affect job performance. It provides a systematic way for management, supervisors and employees to deal constructively with problems related to reduced job performance before the employee's job status is jeopardized. Our EAP offers a confidential program that assists employees in dealing with their marriage, family, emotional, alcohol, drug, legal, financial, child and elder care issues, and other concerns.
