Use this checklist quarterly as a tool to
identify arson vulnerability at you school site and determine what
corrective action needs to be taken.
Crime Reporting Information
Provide individuals in your school community –
teachers, students, parents, neighbors – with information about how to
report a crime. This page describes the WeTip program, an anonymous hotline
for reporting arson and other crimes.

Post this flyer around your school and make it
available at parent group meetings, school events and to school neighbors to
increase awareness in the community about crime reporting and prevention.
Free copies of the video will be distributed to each
school site in the SIA membership. We recommend that site principals have
their school site staff, parents and school neighbors view the video and
then develop a plan to apply the practical information. The time you take
