This workshop offers an opportunity to discover what motivates us, how we are motivated, and how to stay motivated in stressful times. Monitoring emotional stats is one of the most important tools in order the make adjustments as needed in our daily work. Discussion will include self-assessment work to determine if we are more driven by positive or negative motivators and how this affects our job satisfaction.
