Living in the NOW Moment
How can you create more time or at least stretch the time that you have? Research shows that the brain is not built for effective multi-tasking. Learn how living in the NOW moment and being "present" at what you are doing allows you to prioritize better and be more effective. Participants will take a lighthearted look at answering this question for themselves: "who are you Being while you are Doing what you are doing?"
