2016 California Access Compliance Advisory Reference Manual (effective July 1, 2018) –This version of the Access Manual includes the full text of the 2016 CBC Chapter 11B and other relevant accessibility standards as updated during the 2017-18 Intervening Code Cycle. Helpful advisory and explanatory comments from the CA Division of State Architect and the U.S. Department of Justice are also incorporated.
